My entry into 2D Game Jam #2 - Theme: False Reality

Pilot your Skavenger XT001 craft through the asteroid belt. Debris from an old battle litters the area. Scan any wrecks to collect residual energy and other goodies. Watch out for any remnant weapons systems...

Use your radar to plot your course. If you can see a weapon, it can see you! But remember: radar can be fooled, and there are plenty of places to hide.

I saw the email that you submitted this game, but I didn't get a chance to check it out until now! (I've been very busy lol). This is good work! I had some trouble working the controls because my keyboard is small and the arrow keys are on a different layer, but the depth of mechanics is very interesting. Some of it is a little hard to understand without a few plays, but I imagine it probably would have been out of your way to do a more proper tutorial. Great job!
